The samples I have previously created have been very static. I have been trying to revisit my context, which is fashion. Creating samples to go onto the body, photographing them in different positions.

The samples I have previously created have been very static. I have been focused on movement with these recent samples, trying to make them wearable, but still trying to keep their original qualities. The samples have been small, I feel I need to work on scale as it’s hard to give a full representation of how it would form as a garment. Stephan Rolland and Kristofer Kongshaug have inspired my progress, Kongshauguses large-scale sculpture and Rolland concentrates on small-scale fabric manipulation. I have tried to work on creating a balance between these two designers.
